afterclick is a governance and build-pipeline layer for AI-assisted software development. It remembers your project, reviews risky changes, and coordinates how changes ship. afterclick is a safety net and an assistant — not a guarantee. It helps catch the catastrophic, knowable mistakes; it does not and cannot catch everything. You remain responsible for your code, your decisions, and what you ship.

You must be at least 16 years old to use afterclick. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and you’re responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@afterclick.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use afterclick for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing;
• Attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the service’s security or rate limits;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the service except as the law allows;
• Use the service to build or operate anything that violates others’ rights; or
• Misuse credentials or data belonging to anyone else.

You keep all ownership of the code, content, and data you connect to afterclick (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the service for you. You’re responsible for having the rights to Your Content and for what you choose to connect. We handle Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy, and we don’t use your private code to train AI models.

afterclick’s reviews, scores, and warnings are advisory and may be wrong, incomplete, or miss issues. They are not a substitute for your own testing and judgment, and they don’t create any duty on our part to catch a particular problem. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving anything that reaches production. Don’t rely on afterclick as your only safeguard for high-stakes changes.

afterclick works alongside third-party tools and providers (for example Claude Code, code hosts, and our AI model provider). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them. You’re responsible for any keys or accounts you connect.

afterclick is free to start, with AI included. We may offer paid plans and features; if you buy one, the pricing, billing, and renewal terms presented at checkout apply and are incorporated here. We may change plans or pricing prospectively with notice.

By creating an account you agree we may send you service and transactional messages. Marketing email and SMS are opt-in and you can opt out at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy. For SMS, message and data rates may apply and you can reply STOP to unsubscribe.

The afterclick service, software, and brand are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or to the service except the limited right to use it as intended.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will catch any particular issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, afterclick and its team won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold afterclick harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or any law.

You can stop using afterclick and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

We may update the service and these terms. When changes are material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use afterclick after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which afterclick is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless your local law requires otherwise. If you have a concern, please reach out to info@afterclick.ai first — we’d rather resolve things directly.
